Hong Kong Academy of Finance announced the opening of its 2025 intake of its Financial Leaders Programme, which offers a transformative nine-month experience for emerging financial talent.
According to the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, the Hong Kong Academy of Finance has opened the application process for its esteemed Financial Leaders Programme. The programme is designed for financial talent positioned two levels below CEOs and will begin in April 2025. It will last nine months, on a part time basis.
Programme Overview
The FLP, which was launched three years ago by the Financial Leadership Program (FLP), has received positive feedback from diverse stakeholders. The program aims to provide participants with the strategic insight and skills needed to face complex challenges in today's finance industry. The programme also provides opportunities for participants to engage in high-level discussions with leaders from various sectors and expand their professional networks.
Application Details
Applications will be accepted between November 5, 2024 and December 15, 2024. On the AoF site, interested candidates can find more information including feedback from previous participants and an application form.
